摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium magnet crown system implant which has an inner movable buffer structure to obtain enough buffering function and be able to regulate a degree of buffer without both a gap of an inner crown by occlusal stress and gyration and rise of buffer parts. SOLUTION: A titanium magnet crown system implant embeds a magnet structure in an inside of an outer crown as a denture, occludes with an inner crown with a keeper adhered closely to the inside of the outer crown, and closely occludes with a capped buffer material of viscoelastic polyoxymethylene equipped with buffering function within the inner crown. In addition, its occluding force for the buffer material of the inner crown is over suction limit of a magnet. The inner crown occludes with the buffer material attaching and taking off it freely and forms a plane rectangular space at an inside of the buffer material by strangulating the inner crown's inlet. The inner crown forms an incorporated plane rectangular protuberance equipped with a nose cone at the top of the implant as an abutment tooth, and makes the plane rectangular protuberance occlude closery with the plane rectrangular space of the buffer material and also makes the lower end of the inner crown touch the lower periphery of the buffer material.</p>
