PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for cleaning NOx and/or SOx by which NOx and/or SOx in the space where electronic parts or the like are built-in can be cleaned without generating the clogging of a cleaning agent by dust and the falling of the cleaning agent without using a complicated or large-sized device and the cleaned state of the space can be kept over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This bag for cleaning NOx and/or SOx is prepared by storing activated carbon in an air-permeable bag having such a packaging material on the air permeating surface that the maximum pore size of air permeating pores measured by a methanol bubbling method is 0.5-100μm and the air permeability measure according to JIS P8117 air permeability test method is 500 seconds or shorter. The bag thus prepared is housed in the airtight space.
