PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing a fine iron tip in a knife shape or a minus screwdriver shape capable of conducting soldering work or its correction work to a fine object. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method sequentially conducts such processes as an iron tip base material forming process which forms a copper iron tip base material having a tip end diameter of a conical tip part in the front end formed to be 0.5 mm, an iron plating process for subjecting iron plating to the surface, the amount of iron plating adjusting process which adjusts the tip end diameter of the iron plated conical tip end part to be 1 mm, a spare solder and masking process for subjecting spare solder plating processing to the tip end of the iron plated iron tip base material and the masking processing over the same part, a chrome plating process for subjecting chrome plating thereto, a rolling process which rolls the tip end of the conical tip end of the iron tip base material so as to be a thickness of 0.3 mm, and a forming process which forms an obtained thin plate shape part 41c so as to be an iron tip in a knife shape by cutting off a disused part spreading in the periphery thereof.
