PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular filtration apparatus capable of efficiently removing an object to be filtered from a fluid by circulating the fluid in the inside and passing the fluid through a purification treatment tank a plurality of times. SOLUTION: This circular filtration apparatus 1a comprises an approximately cylindrical fluid rotation chamber 2 in which an object to be filtered is converged in the center of the whirling current generated in the inside, a filtration chamber 3 installed adjacently to the fluid rotation chamber 2, a first connection pipe 4 for connecting the respective upper parts of the fluid rotation chamber 2 and the filtration chamber 3, a second connection pipe 5 for connecting the respective lower parts of the chambers 2, 3 a flow-in pipe 6 for jetting a fluid from a forcibly sending means such as a pump installed in the outside of the apparatus through a nozzle 61 installed in the second connection pipe, 5 and a flow-out pipe 7 for discharging the fluid out of an opening 54 formed in the upper side of the fluid rotation chamber 2 after purification treatment, and the circular filtration apparatus la is further provided with a taper part 53 formed in the second connection pipe 5, so that a fluid is circulated in the inside of the apparatus owing to the negative pressure generated in the taper part 53 and, consequently, the object to be filtered which is once passed through the filtration chamber 3 is again sent to the filtration chamber 3.
