PURPOSE:To provide for manufacture of a molding for external trimming of an automobile enabling molding of a defectless extrusion-molded product followed by a quality of high external appearance. CONSTITUTION:This is a method for manufacture of a molding for external trimming of an automobile wherein an upper part of a stainless steel molding S which is in a continuous state is coated with a resin material for integration and the molding for the external trimming of the automobile is obtained by performing cooling and solidification after that, by a method wherein an extruding machine 10 and extruding mold 30 molding a molten resin material J kneaded within the extruding machine 10 into a desirous cut from are possessed and the stainless steel molding is inserted into a resin passage within the extruding mold 30. Furthermore, this is a method wherein a film F in a continuous state is pressure contacted to the resin material prior to the cooling and solidification of the resin material, cooled and solidified after that and the film F is obtained by peeling the film F off from the resin material J. |
