PURPOSE: A method for job offering/hunting using an auction is provided to select required job hunters, on-duty companies, partners, and project joiners through the auction using a network such as the Internet. CONSTITUTION: First, job offering companies registered as members in a job auction site announce employee recruitment through auction. Then, job hunters registered as members in the job auction site input their requirements including their desired pay and take part in the auction. Next, the priority orders of the job hunters are determined in accordance with the points acquired by the hunters through an aptitude test and an interview test, and they put in bid. Then, information including the personal information, desired pay, and the test results of the hunters are published. Next, messages including the bid are exchanged between the job auction site, the job offering companies and the hunters. Then, the companies determine to employ some of the hunters, inform the determination to corresponding hunters through the site, and then pay a predetermined commission to the site. |
