PURPOSE: Provided are a preparation method for sustained release microparticles by a multiple emulsion method and microparticles thereof. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing sustained release microparticles comprises the steps of: manufacturing a first oil or emulsion by dissolving and dispersing drugs in at least two oils in which biodegradable polymers are dissolved; dispersing simultaneously or continuously at least two the first oils or emulsions prepared in the previous step, in water; and manufacturing drug-including microparticles by removing organic solvent from drug-dispersed microparticles. Where, the drug includes goserelin acetate, nafarelin acetate, buserelin acetate and leuprolelin acetate.
