PURPOSE: A vehicle seat cover preventing static electricity is provided to prevent the unpleasant feeling due to the static electricity when getting in or out a vehicle by incorporating a conductive pad between inner and outer skins of a seat cover and connecting a grounding line to the conductive pad, thereby reducing the danger of fire due to the flame of the static electricity of a vehicle in a chemical factory. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat cover preventing static electricity includes a conductive pad(22) interposed between an inner skin(21) and an outer skin(21') composing a seat cover(20), wherein the conductive pad is formed of carbon-containing fiber or carbon-containing sponge in the structure of thin plate, and a grounding line is connected to the conductive pad at an end and to a vehicle body at the other end.
