摘要 PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image measuring system is provided to automatically control the intensity of a laser beam projected from a laser diode to stably maintain the intensity of a laser slit beam passing through a band pass filter within a predetermined range regardless of surface reflectivity of an object. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional image measuring system includes a light-emitting unit(10) having a laser diode(12) projecting a laser beam to an object(5) and a cylindrical lens(14) for converting the laser beams into a laser slit beam, and a position controller for moving the object and generating movement position data. The system further has a band pass filter(7) for selectively passing laser slit beams having wavelengths in a specific band among the laser slit beams reflected from the object at moved positions of the object, and a slit beam video signal generator(20) for generating video signals of the laser slit beams that passed through the band pass filter by the moved positions of the object. The system also has a three-dimensional image generator(32) for generating a three-dimensional image of the object based on the video signals of the laser slit beams and the movement position data. The system further includes a laser intensity controller(51) for controlling the intensity of the laser beam projected from the laser diode based on the intensity of the laser slit beam that is reflected from the object to pass through the band pass filter.
