PURPOSE: A spare tire clamping device having a sliding function is provided to move downwardly from a trunk while fixing a spare tire and control a length flexibly for old or weak people to simply withdraw a spare tire from a lower part of the trunk without removing articles in the trunk. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire clamping device having a sliding function includes a fixing element(1) mounted to a frame forming a trunk to carry out hinge motion downwardly, a slide element(2) coupled with the fixing element for securing a spare tire(T) and having a flexibly controllable length, and a withdrawing element(3) coupled with the slide element to be attached to or detached from the trunk and to be pulled by a user with a hand.
