PURPOSE: A photo online service system and a method using the Internet are provided to conveniently get a photo without visiting a photo shop by treating a recovered roll film into image data to display the data on a web and then printing/delivering only photos required to a user. CONSTITUTION: A film treating device(123) develops recovered roll films to generate image data. A DB(122) receives image data from the film treating device(123) and classifies the data as roll IDs. A photo output device(124) receives the image data to output a photo. A web server(121) provides a home page through Internet, provides the image data of corresponding roll ID stored in the DB as a web page format if a user input his roll ID, and provides the image data of photos selected by the user to the photo output device(124).
