PURPOSE: A boss assembly is provided to achieve a smooth operating ability of the lever by improving the structure of the boss assembly so as to fix the lever in a stable manner. CONSTITUTION: A boss assembly(25) is arranged to a module case(20) so as to fix a lever(21) for operating a valve for distributing the cool/hot air passed through an evaporator and a heater core of an air conditioner. The boss assembly has a support(26) protruded from the module case and extended to a recessed groove formed at the lower surface of the lever, so as to prevent the lever from being moved sideways. A screw fixing member formed integrally with the support so as to fix a washer(30) to the center of the support, is inserted into a through hole which is formed by penetrating through the lever. The washer fixed at the upper surface of the lever through a screw(31) is a flat type, so as to restrict the lever from being moved in upward and downward directions.
