PURPOSE: A farm products trading system and method through virtual growing are provided to realize the systematical growing and distribution of farm products by previously forecasting demand and consumption time of the farm products as well as trade organic farm products through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The trading system comprises at least one clients(20,22,24), an operator server(100), and an open network(10) connecting the clients and the operator server. The server(100) comprises a member DB(104), a seed DB(108), a growing module(122), a character DB(106) and a harvest/distribution module(124). In the growing module(122), a member sows seed bought from the seed DB to grow the seed in accordance with growing option. The harvest/distribution module processes data related to the harvest and distribution timing of the seed.
