PURPOSE: A makeup pen is provided to improve the convenience of storage as well as the convenience of use, to simplify the process of manufacture, to increase the durability, and to make the entrance and exit of a brush be smoothly and accurately performed. CONSTITUTION: The makeup pen comprises a middle housing(10); a lower housing(20) fixed to the middle housing to contain a lower part of the middle housing; an upper housing(30) slidable fitted on the middle housing to contain the remaining part of the middle housing; a cylinder block(40) having a first and a second cylinder parts(42,43) containing oil, and an upper and a lower oil passages(44,45); a first piston member(50) having a head part(51) received in the first cylinder part, and a rod part(52) connected to the upper end of the upper housing to be moved upward and downward according to the movement of the upper housing; a second piston member(60) having a head part(61) received in the second cylinder part, and a rod part(62) to be moved in an opposite manner with the first piston member; and a cosmetics applier(70) fixed to the lower end of the rod part of the second piston member to be come in and out the lower housing.
