PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of powdery pepper paste, thereby maximizing consumer's convenience in changing its container, storing it for long time and so on. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: drying a mixture of soybean, wheat and barley in a certain ratio, fermented at room temperature, then powdering it; preparing pepper paste by mixing pepper powder, malt, and edible salt in water then followed by fermenting the pepper paste and freeze-drying it; and pulverizing the dried pepper paste to prepare powdery pepper paste.
