PURPOSE: Provided is a teflon injection needle for an automatic insulin injector by which the teflon injection needle and a supplementary injection needle can be readily coupled with each other when the teflon injection needle is inserted into the abdomen and the teflon injection needle can be inserted and pulled out. CONSTITUTION: The teflon injection needle for an automatic insulin injector includes a teflon injection needle part(70) having a connector housing(72) to which the teflon injection needle(71) is vertically coupled, a connecting rib(73) connected with the connector housing(72) and having a passage through which the teflon injection needle and an injection solution can pass, and a conduit connected to the connecting rib(73); and a supplementary injection needle part having a push substrate(83), and a metal supplementary injection needle(82) having a slit(81) for a needle to be injected in which the teflon injection needle is guided from the circumference diametrically toward the inner diameter and fixed, a groove(83) provided at the bottom for insertion of the top of the teflon injection needle part over the push substrate(83).
