Bamboo louvre for blind has superimposed layers of bamboo with different grains

The bamboo louvre (10) for a blind has multiple layers of grains (11-13) of bamboo fibres which are formed by the soft interior part of a bamboo section and the hard exterior part of another bamboo section. The bamboo sections are superimposed. The louvres can each have openings in one of the longitudinal surfaces to align the shutters.
