The invention concerns a method for improving transfer in an annular biological reaction chamber delimited by coaxial inner (11) and outer (12) walls wherein circulates a liquid reaction medium containing in suspension a micro-organism culture or vegetable or animal macro-organism cell culture. One of the walls at least, called exchange wall, enables to transfer gaseous or liquid materials or the passage of light. The reaction medium is subjected to a rotational and helical primary flow which, under the action of the centrifugal force, generates rotary secondary vortices, so as to promote culture turnover in the neighbourhood of the exchange wall. |
