BLENDING METHOD OF IRON ORE CONTAINING HIGH ALUMINA OXIDES FOR IMPROVING REDUCTION DEGRADATION PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A blending method of iron ore containing high alumina oxides is provided, which can improve reduction degradation property by appropriately controlling particle size distribution of iron ore. CONSTITUTION: The method blending method of iron ore is characterized in that the particle size distribution of iron ore is controlled in such a manner that iron ore having a particle size of smaller than 0.125 mm occupies 11 wt.% or less, iron ore having a particle size of greater than 5 mm occupies 9 to 12 wt.% and particle size of the rest iron ore is between 5 mm and 0.125 mm. Also, the aluminum oxide content in final blended material is less than 1.8 wt.%.
