PURPOSE: A lithium secondary battery and its preparation method are provided, to remove the interface void, thereby enhancing the interface characteristics, the ion conductivity in an electrolyte layer and the current efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The lithium secondary battery comprises electrodes(10, an anode and a cathode); an electrolyte layer(20, an electrolyte film and a separator) which is placed between the anode and the cathode; and a polymer medium layer(30) which is placed between at least one(10) between the anode and the cathode and the electrolyte layer(20) to remove the interface void. Preferably the boiling point of the polymer medium layer(30) is lower than that of the electrolyte layer(20). The electrolyte layer(20) is perfect solid-type or gel-type one containing no organic electrolyte solution, or comprises a separator containing an organic electrolyte solution. |
