PURPOSE: A keyboard for portable phones is provided so as to be identically used like a computer keyboard and to be connected with a portable phone by wireless or a cable. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard for portable phones is composed of a case(200), a keyboard(210), and a suspension(220). The keyboard is formed on the case(200). The suspension(220) supports the case(200) so that it can be maintained at a regular angle. A spacebar(240) is installed at the lower side of a track ball(230) formed in the central bottom of the keyboard(210). A connector terminal(250) is provided to connect the keyboard with a portable phone(100). A connection cable(300) is provided so that signals can be exchanged between the portable phone(100) and the keyboard. The connection cable(300) comprises the first connector(310) and the second connector(320) to be connected to the connector terminal(250) of the keyboard(210) and the data interface terminal of the portable phone(100) respectively.
