The equalisation method has a signal transmitted producing a quantified signal, representing symbols. Each symbol represents two groups of binary information. For each symbol, a confidence level is evaluated. Channels are processed decoding quantified signals and confidence information. The confidence level is found using two values, a difference value and a value between two groups of binary information bits.
