The articulated joint has a plate (1) and a shaft (12) coupled by an intermediate joint ball (22) to allow relative hinging. The joint ball is received in a socket in the plate. The joint ball has at least one degree of freedom. The shaft is at least partially received in a bore in the joint ball and has a rotational degree of freedom and is locked for translation.
