摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic deflection measuring system of a crankshaft is provided to prevent an accident, and to improve productivity by measuring deflection of a crankshaft precisely without neighboring. CONSTITUTION: Deflection of crank throws is measured with a high precision digital deflection gauge(2) in processing a horizontal lathe of a large engine built-up 2-stroke crankshaft. The digital deflection gauge is installed in the crank throws. A micro central processing unit processes data after measuring deflection, and transmits data with a radio frequency transmitting module(1) by converting signals. A radio frequency receiving module(4) receives data from the radio frequency transmitting module, and transmits data to a personal computer(5). The personal computer shows the deflection value on a display unit(6) by operating program. The accident is prevented with measuring deflection precisely without approaching an operator to the crankshaft, and the productivity is improved by controlling deflection with the single operator.
