A resin composition for powdery coatings, which contains the following components (A), (B) and (C):(A) a carboxyl group-containing resin having a number average molecular weight of from 1000 to 20000, an acid value of from 5 to 200 and a glass transition temperature of from 30 to 120° C.,(B) a poly-beta-methylglycidyl compound having at least two structures represented by the formula (1) in one molecule:and(C) a sterically-hindered amine as a heat yellowing inhibitor.
