摘要 <p>A compound for a soft (non-metallic) sealing material is described, having the following percentage composition with respect to the total compound mass: 4 to 9 %(m/m) of fibrilized polyaramide fibres; less than 60 % (m/m) of graphite powder with carbon content of 90 to 92 %(m/m) and such a particle size distribution that at least 85 % of all particles is to be found within the size range of 10 micrometres to 50 micrometres; about 30 %(m/m) of mineral fillers, a combination of microsilica having SiO2 content between 90 and 95 %(m/m), BET specific surface area between 15 and 25 m2/g and such a particle size distribution that at least 90 %(m/m) of all particles is to be found within the particle size range under 5 micrometres and active mineral filler with SiO2 content at least 98 %(m/m), BET specific surface area between 100 and 120 m2/g and such a particle size distribution that at least 90 %(m/m) of particles is to be found within the size range of 5 micrometres up to 50 micrometres, where the ratio of microsilica to mineral filler is adjusted to obtain the resulting BET specific surface area in the range of 45 to 55 m2/g; agents for increasing friction between graphite particles, if needed; biotope mineral fibres, if needed; about 12 %(m/m) of elastomer binders; up to 2 %(m/m) of vulcanisation system in the pasty form containing zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate (ZBEC) or zinc 2-ethylhexyldithiophosphate (ZDT) as a vulcanisation acclerator; usual auxiliary agents in usual quantities. This material is manufactured according to the process, which is the subject of invention too and is intended for the production of sealants for technical and industrial purposes.</p>
