<p>The generator is used in pulse technology engineering for the generation of stable rectangular pulses. It contains a single-cycle timer, time-setting circuitry and two complementary-connected field transistors with a controllable PN transition. The time-setting circuitry comprises a capacitor and a resistor. The capacitor is connected by one of its outputs to short-circuited outputs (2, 6 and 7) of the timer and the time-setting resistor, and its other output is connected to frame. The other end of the resistor is connected to the supply source. The two complementary connected transistors with PN transition are coupled parallel to the time-setting resistor, between the supply source and the point of the connection of the capacitor and the timer. The sources of the two transistors are short-circuited, the drain of the first transistor is coupled to the gate of the second transistor, and vice versa - the drain of the second transistor is connected to the gate of the first transistor, the drain of the first transistor is still coupled to the supply source, and the drain of the second transistor is connected to the point of connection of the time-setting resistor, the capacitor and the timer.
