Electricity supply connections are housed in a stainless steel box (10) which is supported by a cranked arm (17) pivoted in a recess at the edge of a concrete underground chamber (13). The box is supplied from a cable (20) in the chamber and when out of use swings downward to rest against an inner chamber wall.
