The invention relates to a composition for an astringent cosmetic mask comprising clay, pharmaceutical kaolin, calcium carbonate and Aloe Vera extract in a weight ratio of 1:4:3:0.2, associated with known per se adjuvants for cosmetic masks. The clay used in the composition is a micronized clay comprising at least 5% SiO2, at least 3%Fe2O3, at least 20% Al2O3 and at least 1.8% CaO.
