The combined cement crusher (1) and excavator bucket has a bucket shaped frame with rings (8) forming steps at spaced intervals and diminishing in size. The rings define a sieve with a toothed plate (18) at the bottom of the sieve with recessed and protruding teeth. A crushing shaft (2) at the center of the frame has an angled screw belt (4) mounted on the shaft to crush the cement pieces.
