The display monitor comprises a digital visual display unit (21) mounted in a casing (7), and a video signal supply unit (20) mounted in an adjacent casing (1). The visual display unit is cooled by the forced circulation of air driven by fan units (5,6) in the lower part of the second adjacent casing.
