The invention relates to a shutter made of plastic sheet, wherein the sheet (1) comprises horizontal areas of different tones achieved by the gradual transition from transparency to complete opaqueness, the sheet being rolled upwards on an axle (2) located at the upper side, by means of a pair of motors (3, 4), and downwards on a second axle (5) located at the lower side, by means of a second pair of motors (6, 7) controlled by a switch (25), the sheet (1) being maintained in a unique plane parallel to the panes of the window whereto it is mounted, by means of four pairs of rubber-coated bearings (8, 9; 10, 11; 12, 13 and 14, 15), mounted on some pairs of axles (16, 17; 18, 19; 20, 21 and 22, 23) corresponding to the pairs of bearings and which in their turn are fastened to the walls of a frame-support (24).
