A novel compound having excellent acetyl cholinesterase inhibitory activity. It is a compound represented by the formula (I), a salt thereof, or a hydrate of these in said formula (I), R<1> represents a group represented by the formula (a) wherein R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, and R<6> are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkoxy, etc.; and m is an integer of 0 to 6, etc.; and R<2> represents hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-6 alkenyl, or optionally substituted C2-6 alkynyl.
