IMPLANTABLE FLOW DIVERSION DEVICE

This is an implantable device intended generally for at least partially diverting flows of fluids within a body lumen to another lumen defined by a graft member. The device is made up of a stent, often radio-opaque, and a sheet-like member which is coupled to the stent and configured to form a side port through which fluids may be diverted. The device may comprise various configurations of end walls which are configured to at least partially occlude the main lumen of the stent. The device may also comprise a sew ring or expandable t-graft configured to facilitate formation of an end to side anastomoses between the vessel containing the device and a graft at the location of the side port.
