medicine. SUBSTANCE: inhaler used in conjunction with aerosol vessel has casing for accommodating aerosol vessel and distributor member with head defining discharge opening for inhalation. Casing and distributor member are joined one with another for relative displacement between inoperative position with casing being within distributor member and operating position with casing being withdrawn from distributor member and oriented at large angle relative to distributor member. Inhaler is further provided with doser for receiving material adapted to be discharged from vessel and supplying it into distributor member. Doser is located inside casing and held at distance from casing wall by means of spaced ribs. Casing has projection extending forward and shaped so that it is inserted into tip member, when the latter is in inoperative position, to serve as closing part for cutting off discharge opening.
