<p>The invention relates to the production of composite magnetic materials, in particular to the production of elastic compounds for mechanical engineering, instrument making, radio, electronic, chemical, textile and other industries. The inventive elastic composite material comprises a binding agent in the form of natural and synthetic rubber (A), a magnetic bulking agent in the form of iron powder, oxides thereof or ferrite (B), a plasticizer in the form of silicon oil or alkyl phthalate (C) and a cross-linking agent (vulcanizer) in the form of organic peroxide, sulfur and/or a sulfur-containing compound or tetraethoxisilane (D). The following proportion of components, expressed in mass numbers, are defined: A - 30-75, B - 10-40, C - 5-50, D - 0.5-4.0.</p> |
