SUBSTANCE: double-stand unit of three-roller stands includes foundation with struts for supporting three pairs of mutually parallel apertural jaws spaced by angle equal to 120 degrees one relative to another. In hole of jaws rollers are mounted by means of eccentric axles whose ends are mutually joined through cone gear wheels. One eccentric axle has on its end cylindrical protrusion having toothed rim of worm gear engaged with worm mounted on flat outer face of jaw. Struts of stands are mutually joined by means of four braces; lower braces are secured to foundation. EFFECT: lowered size and mass, simplified design of unit, enhanced accuracy of drawn pieces due to elimination of axial clearances of roller assembly. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
