<p>Δ4-1,2,4-oxadiazolines, of the general formula (I) (R1)=H; R, R2 or R3= alkyl or aryl), are prepared by the [2+3] cycloaddition reaction, in mild conditions, between organonitrile ligands (NCR), activated by coordination to platinum centres, and nitrones ON(R?3)=C(R1)(R2¿), giving complexes with Δ4-1,2,4-oxadiazolines which are liberated from the binding metal centres (in high yields) upon displacement with pyridine or an organophosphine.</p> |
