<p>The inventive V.A. Pervak inflatable cuff for an endotracheal tube relates to medicine, mainly to devices and appliances for introducing medicaments into organism, in particular to the cuffs for the endotraheal tubes. Said inflatable cuff for the endotraheal tube decreases the number of lesions of an organism associated with an intubation of a trachea. The inflatable cuff (1) for the endotracheal tube (2) is embodied in the form of separate hermetic sections (3,4,5,6) arranged on the proximal end (7) of the tracheal tube (2) sequentially, one after another, and a perforated envelope (8) embracing all sections of the inflatable cuff (1) and a part (9) of the endotraheal tube adjacent thereto on the proximal end of the tracheal tube. Said inflatable cuff (1) is provided with a catheter (10) for supplying a medicament to the perforated envelope (8) and individual catheters (11, 12, 13, 14) of each hermetic section of the inflatable cuff (1) creating therein a pressure necessary for pressurizing the trachea, thereby making it possible to restore an appropriate blood flow in the wall of the trachea.</p> |
