PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PHOSPHOLIPID-CONTAINING DRUGS

Preparations which are safe, little irritate subjects and contain water-insoluble or hardly water soluble drugs at a high level; and a process for producing these preparations. A process for producing water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble drugs coated with phospholipids characterized by comprising mixing a solution containing a water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble drug and a phospholipid in an organic solvent with an aqueous solvent, emulsifying the resultant mixture and then removing the organic solvent from the emulsion thus obtained to thereby form a phospholipid coating film on the surface of the water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble drug.
