SUBSTANCE: mandrelling mechanism of machine secured on bed frame is made in form of pneumatic cylinder with taper rod in from of mandrel; it is located coaxially relative to pusher of fuel elements and is interlocked with control system of machine. Holes in technological lattice have circular bore at diameter equal to 1.5 diameters of cylindrical portion of end of lower end part; technological lattice is located on holder for axial displacement and is provided with lock for securing the lattice in working position. Lock is made in form of lever articulated in holder. EFFECT: increased productivity; reduced labor consumption. 2 cl, 3 dwg
