PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a locking device by arranging an electrically operable actuator for unlocking a lock member and controlling the locking member via a switching member arranged inside an automobile. SOLUTION: This locking device 12 serving as a part of a locking member is provided with an electric actuator 14. The actuator 14 can be controlled via a switching member arranged in the interior of an automobile, and the locking member 12 can be unlocked by means of the actuator 14. A hood 10 is closed by a manual operation or by the weight of the hood 10 itself so as to be locked again in a closing position by means of the locking member 12. In this way, an electrical wire connected to the lock device can be built in a wire harness of the automobile without requiring any mechanical connecting member to the interior of the automobile from the locking member, so that production costs and assembly costs can be reduced. |
