<p>Methods for identifying substances that are agonists of GABAB receptors that are heteromers of gb1a and gb2 subunits where the substances are not agonists of GABAB receptors that are heteromers of gb1b and gb2 subunits or gb1c and gb2 subunits are provided. The substances are useful for the treatment of a variety of conditions, e.g., epilepsy and certain pain syndromes.</p> |
