<p>The present invention provides a sound system for a vehicle, comprising a stereo unit (12) for fitting in a vehicle, a telephone set (10), such as a mobile telephone, and means (14, 44) for interfacing the stereo unit and the telephone set. A conventional stereo unit (12) having a conventional fascia (14) may be modified according to the invention by providing the fascia with a mounting for receiving the mobile telephone and by adding to the stereo unit (12) an interface circuit (44) for interfacing the stereo unit and the telephone.</p> |
