SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting conversation by operator with respondent aimed at studying his personality and explaining to him that the reason of disturbances in functional state is inadequate acceptance by respondent of concrete people, group of people, situations etc; conducting cycle of seminars for forming practice of communication with and better understanding of people, for learning the practice of detached view of himself, self-reliance, of the ability to keep selected emotional state, of controlling one's own conductance. Operator models situation and suggests that respondent should express several points of view on this situation ranging from positive to negative, and teaches respondent to perceive this situation from the point of view of maximum psychological comfort. During studies, life situations are evaluated in mentioned manner and method of evaluating situation allowing respondent to automatically omit negative evaluation of things and find adequate way out of situation is developed. Thus, method allows attitude towards the world around individual to be changed and, as a result, the personality to be harmonized and developed. Method is recommended for usage in psychotherapeutical practice. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for correcting psychological and functional state of individuals. 9 ex
