摘要 The invention relates to a method for (simultaneously) detecting one or more nucleic acid(s) introduced from the exterior into one or more organisms or into one or more cells, whereby the introduced nucleic acid(s) comprise(s) (an) artificial sequence(s), which enable(s) the detection of the identity of the introduced nucleic acid(s) and the selective multiplication. The inventive method involves the examination of the organism(s) or the cell(s) for the presence of the artificial sequence(s) and optionally involves the identification of the artificial sequence(s) by means of hybridization using a chip and/or sequencing. The invention also relates to method for detecting a nucleic acid that is introduced from the exterior into an organism or a cell, whereby the introduced nucleic acid comprises at least one artificial sequence, which is hybridized with at least one universal primer under stringent hybridization conditions. Said method comprises the following steps: (a) amplification of the area of the introduced nucleic acid, which is located (ai) between the at least one artificial sequence and a sequence in the introduced nucleic acid or (aii) between at least two artificial sequences, or amplification of the sequences defined in (ai) or (aii) by means of PCR or another amplification method while using the at least one universal primer and a primer, which hybridizes with the sequence in the introduced nucleic acid under stringent hybridization conditions, or while using the at least one universal primer, and; (b') transferring the amplification product or the coded translation product to at least one chip on which receptors are situated in an ordered pattern, said receptors specifically binding the amplification product, a single strand thereof or the coded translation product, and carrying out incubation under conditions, which enable a detectable binding of the receptor to the amplification product, to the single strand thereof or to the coded translation product, and; (c') detecting whether a binding of the amplification product, of the single strand thereof or of the coded translation product to the receptor has occurred, and/or; (b") optionally cleaving the amplification products with a restriction enzyme that cleaves in the area of the primer binding site, and carrying out ligation of amplification products to form a concatemer, and/or; (c") sequencing the amplification product or the concatemer. Lastly, the invention relates to a chip, which enables the implementation of the inventive method.
