The inventive solar power plant comprises a radiation concentrator fitted with a drive, a solar tracking system provided with a control unit and a fixed radiation receiver. The drive is embodied in such a way that it allows the concentrator to perform an in-line alternative motion. Said concentrator is embodied in the form of the mirror having a cylindrical surface. A current value of the radius of the directrix of the cylindrical surface deviates by not more than +/-10 % from a mean value corresponding to the radius of the directrix of the circular cylinder. The radiation receiver is embodied in the form of a photoelectric transducer arranged on the focal plane.
