A dental device (10) for use as a fixed bridge, splint or removable prosthesis attachment. The device (10) includes a bench framework (12, 14, 16) adapted to be bonded to an internal axial surface (50) of a tooth cavity preparation (32). The device (10) may include one or more pontics (60) for securing between adjacent natural teeth (30, 30<1>). The device (10) may further include two members (302, 304) having mating wells (380, 390) for holding magnets (382, 392) to provide a removable prosthesis.
