Steam block boiler for burning solid fuel has in the boiler furnace (L), the condensation points (3,39) shaped so to enable fuel burning. The characteristic of a steam block is that the boiler furnace (2) is covered with the back part (2, 2a) and the side parts (11,12) of the basis (P) where water circulates on the upper side, above the furnace (2), there is a body (1) of the boiler. The smoke gasses directly heat the lower half of the body (1) of the boiler. The increase of the heating surface has been accomplished with water heating pipes (24,28), placed horizontally and paralelly between the internal side plates (12) of the pedestal (P). Tubes (24, 28) direct fume gasses so that the speed of movement is more slow and there is a higher rate of heat transfer to the lower parts of the body (1). Smoke gases transfer their heat by means of smoke pipes (34a, 34b) to the water circulating in a body (1) of the boiler, where they are placed paralelly and horizontally in the direction of the longitudinal axis of a body (1). One new characteristic is that the smoking pipes (34b) by its long ends are welded in the chimney wall (5), that represents a border of the upper half of the body (1). The essential characteristic is that the rectangular metal sheet (33) at the same time, closes the cut back part at the width (b) from the back part of the body (1), while its exhaust serves as the chimney support (5) to which it is attached. The fulfilled round circulation of water from the feeding pipe (21), body (1), tube (36) for the connection of body (1) and base (P) and drain pipe (22) with water. The construction of the steam block is performed so that the maximum use of the heat of burned fuel and smoke gases is achieved, for the heating of water of steam production and 0.5 to 2 bars. Steam block is simple for performance assembly and functioning for the incesant work for steam production. |
