PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device formed to remove moisture and heat inside a safety regulation helmet or the like so as to keep cool air and to be set up inside a safety regulation helmet or the like. SOLUTION: This cooling device is a cold insulating bag using, as the base, waste edible oil and granular chips of waste polystyrene foam, is obtained by the following process comprising adding pulp of waste paper such as waste newspaper, caustic soda and water to the above wastes, stirring and heating, and then cooling to solidify oil and fat in a jellylike or soap-like fashion so as to suppress cold heat convection, segregating and freezing water in freezing and solidifying the cold insulant, therefore adding salt so as not to be excessively hardened, adding a polymeric absorbent so as to increase cooling effect by ionic effect and then putting the resultant mixture into an inner bag, applying an aluminum foil onto the bag, putting the bag into an outer bag to make a two-ply design, putting the resultant into a cloth bag stuck with titanium oxide inside so as to obtain antimicrobial, deodorizing and moisture- absorbing effect when set up inside a regulation helmet. Furthermore, this cooling device is designed to be set up with Magic Tape (R) on the inner side of a safety regulation helmet or the like so as to enable the inside thereof to be cooled. |
